Are the older Poser version Runtimes linked to the P11 Library?  If they are, you need to navigate to those runtimes through the P11 Library.  Also, whenever you save a figure or prop back to the Library, make certain that you have either created a folder or selected a folder to put them in.  Otherwise, they can disappear down the Runtime rabbit hole.
