If you are making your own, you will need a paint program like PS or Psp. You will have to use the template for the clothing and paint the pattern onto the template. The trans is simply a grayscale image with the pattern on it. I think there are a few tutorials on trans and bums floating around. If you don't have a paint program, or don't want to make your own, bebop has some great lace in the store, as well as some freebies.
