The eyebrow bump is misaligned with the eyebrow diffuse texture.

I know, right? Some weird little issues with this particular version of the head texture. Sorry for not fixing that and making your eyes hurt!

PS: I did fix the sclera bump though which I had set far too high in my default materials.
