OK. Thanks. In the past I've reformatted the hard drive on my graphics use computer every 6 to 9 months. Keeps things clean and not too hard to do since there are a limited number of programs installed. I guess this means I'd have to go through the telephone thing every time. Maybe I'll just stick to W98 or even 2000 if it is any mnore reliable than 98. Actually I've not had very many problems with 98 after Via (motherboard chipset) got their act together........Thanks.
