Subject: Product Download trouble

Our programmer asked if you would open Poser, then click the Check for new purchases button, and see if the warning is still there? Please try that and let me know. Also, you can download the product file from your account under the order number. Then open Poser go to File/Install from Zip and then that will allow you to install it as well. 

Let me know if clicking the check for new purchases helps. If not, we'll get you an answer. :smile:
