FWIW, I did a lot of trial Superfly renders using different parameters: I got a migraine, plus many deleted renders re-appearing next time I started Poser... 

I've read this the other day and I thought "Where is the parameter that controls the place in which the renders are stored?"
Couldn't find this damn setting, even though I was pretty sure that I saw it one day in Poser, maybe within an old version?
Anyway... on my computer, using Poser12, those files are stored in a folder stored under a specific one: the current user's "Document", one of those that is frequently synchronized with those pure evil OneDrive, GoogleDrive and other f...ckDrives... I hate them.

Is that the case on your computer?  because depending on the way Poser interacts with Windows, the evil synch tool may thing "oops, my beloved user lost them... let's put them back in place..."
