I checked the database and I see your like/favorite has been recorded for that image. I don't know why it didn't show immediately when you refreshed the page, but it's there now. There shouldn't be a delay, but sometimes it happens.

If it happens again, I'd recommend waiting a bit then refreshing the page again. Or, feel free to let me know and I can check for you.
