Read the descriptions closely.  Learn to identify key red flags like DAZStudio, Genesis X.X, 3rd party software, file formats that don't exist in Poser or can't be imported into Poser, etc.  Be aware of texture freebie content that is specifically created for models that must be purchased and installed.  Know what you own and have installed, it will save you grief in the long run from bloating your runtime with useless content that you don't have.

In that recent screencap, the zip file is pointing to content that can only be opened in DAZStudio.  You do not want to install that file into Poser, it will not be recognized nor seen in the Poser Library.  The author Winterbrose only creates DAZ content; avoid this vendor unless you have the experience and knowledge of converting those items over to the Poser environment.
