Poser 12 does come with both La'femme and L'homme. There are also a lot of little tweaks in the interface that can help make things go smoother that you might not notice until you go back a version. And I believe that CPU rendering for superfly is also faster so if you can't buy a fancy graphics card, you can still see improvement.
