It does, but its options are totally different than Photoshop. I really recommend you amend your description that it only applies to Photoshop to avoid disappointment. I am still looking and it is a ton more complicated in GIMP than you describe. :(

It does say in the title itself that it's in Photoshop though :| and page 2 says the details apply to Photoshop.
