* 5 image upload per hour is now enforced to prevent gallery flooding.... "

I just counted 30 images uploaded today (06-23-22) by the same person. 30 images. In groups of 5. Upload 5, wait an hour, upload 5 more, wait another hour, upload 5 more, and on and on. Please explain to me how this is NOT gallery flooding. Why can there not be a DAILY limit?
