Again, it sure would help if Poser had a factory reset.  It's too easy to drag some window into a bad place. 

Poser has Launch to Factory State in 2 places when you click on Edit > General Preferences (Ctrl+K).  The first is Launch Behavior on the Document tab, and the second is Launch Behavior on the Interface tab.  Check them out, as I think you'll find them useful.
