Hello,

After reinstalling Windows10 and then Poser 11 (Bondware version), I am getting this on program launch:

TrZHYuuaU0bdGEGCTBAYE6XDXvGux7DhkBxqiJMO.png

I keep the libraries in a separate partition from the C:\ drive so I can have Poser use it upon install without having to rebuild the libraries. I pointed to an incorrect folder, but when I tried to correct it I started getting that message.

I've tried to edit all the configuration files that I can find, but still getting it the error at launch. :/

Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it.

Forgot to mention that I tried the Snarlygribbly fix but that didn't work.

It appears that you may need to uninstall and delete the primary folder from your drive and any associated files.  A complete and thorough uninstall.

The error says you have an addon that want's to work with Kinect Hardware. But Kinect is dead, no dll anymore from Windows.

I assume you copied the addon-folder from your previous install. So, re-installing and copy your old content again will have the same result.

What you should do: inspect your backup. Search for a folder named "addon", It has some Python scripts in it. You can change the script that links to the DLL or you can simple delete the whole addon folder so the original folder stays untouched.

I didn't touch the library or program directory after I made the post above, and the error popup simply vanished on its own, so no idea if it's even fixed. 🤨

I'm guessing some other unrelated program or driver I installed later on added some file that maybe Poser needed.
