Heels for any figure except V4 are no problem for me. I usually pose the feet and model around them, then include a heel pose if I am going to give them up as freebies (which I haven't done since I was using Poser 8). But I store a heel pose in my runtime for any character I make heels for.

I could just never get them to work on V4. Her feet will zero out, but the prop won't conform. Drives me nuts.
