Yeah, the back-side geometry node use is tricky.  I revisited that thread after you posted the image and the major issue, where your cape is concerned, is the interaction of light transmission through a thin, single-layered mesh.  It would probably be more appropriate for projected, single-plane images like leaves or foliage.  A cape with a lining would require a thicker, double-mesh construction but you lose the flexibility of using it as a dynamic piece of clothing.

@ primorge, I agree that Wonder Woman should be more...Amazon-looking.  Perez did have that imagery well thought out.
