So is Betty a custom character of your own creation, with the morph not saved as a morph asset? If so it will be embedded in the preset file and will load if that is sued to create a new figure but not if it is used to modify an existing figure. That does sound as if the morphs are not correctly installed but the base figure is. Are textures loading?
