If you use Gnome as your Linux desktop, "Bottles for Wine" is a tool that makes it really easy to get Windows applications running on Linux.

Poser and DAZ-Studio were really easy to install for me. Everything went with the push of a button, everything automatically, including "Wine" which I hadn't installed before (Linux applications install all required drivers, libs and such automatically on demand).
Afterwards you only have to tell Bottles which directories you want Poser to use, because "Bottles" is really a sandbox. Which gives Windows viruses little chance of success :)
