You can only do it on the PoserSurface.  There is no refraction setting on the PhysicalSurface node and this node is compatible between versions.

Thanks! I was wondering if I had overlooked something or if there really wasn't a refraction setting. So, then the corneas will be using a cycles root for SuperFly and a PoserSurface root for FireFly, while everything else will be based on a PhysicalSurface root.
