Hello. 

Does anybody know why Modern Home 2 by RPublishing ( Modern Home 2 3D Models RPublishing (renderosity.com)  )was shown as being included in the content for Poser 11 and 12 but was never actually included? Is it a simple mistake or was there a more complicated reason?

The reason is that more often than not vendors are giving up Poser's world. The product you're pointing to is only for daz. You may have it in Poser, but you'll have to import it, either by FBX, or Collada, of maybe by one of Ken1171_designs' scripts but be careful: they are often for Poser12.
