I understand typos. I do them all the time.

Often times when I'm making stuff in Blender, it's clothes for figures. Then I import the figure and scale it up by a factor of 10 and then when I export, I set the export to a scale of .10. I do this because poster stuff come in tiny.

Otherwise, if you're making props or figures, use blender's sizes and export at a scale of .38

I'm not sure how familiar you are with Blender to know if you need details on this
