I can't help you there but I or others might be able to help you getting yours working again. Or you could upgrade to 11 for $52.

My copy pf P12 is working fine. I wanted a copy of P10 because it was the last copy to have Wardrobe Wizard in it. The idiots that took it of 11 and 12 have yet to get off their backsides and come up with a replacement for it.
