We have always had the download limit. It has changed in number over the years as to how many is the limit...but always there. Your downloads have been reset.

Good morning Ms.Blake. Is it possible that you can reset the download limit on my account as well? Due to a harddrive reset. I had to redownload most of my purchases. Only a few i had problems with downloading due to the limits.
