I found Rigify in 3.1 now on to YouTube.
The only problem with Youtube is I've been banned for life

Ah OK not sure I can help on that end Udemy runs some courses on sale often that deal with Rigging also supposedly Reallusion has a free Auto Rigging app that is free called ActorCore AccuRIG that seems to work well in conjunction with Blender but using Blender's native tools should get you started.
