Open a browser in incognito mode or sign out to see who it is and what posts they made, it may twig your memory or give you a hint why they blocked you, I know a whole bunch of users have blocked people who post or use AI art generators for example so there can be many reasons.

I have another account here I rarely use, Wendy. It's not that important to me to see what they're saying.
