DAZ's free DSON Importer for Poser is what you seem to be looking for. It is no longer officially available, but so far as I'm aware can run with all(?) Poser 11 versions. It still works for me.

As you seem to be aware, in terms of 'automatic and easy' import, it's limited to automatic and easy importing the early DAZ Genesis figures, 1 and 2. Genesis 3 was apparently possible, but I was put off by the finicky and involved workflows I'd seen.

If you manage to find it (not too difficult) then you'll also want "the DSON Loader" which was a helper script that worked with DSON. This can also still be found, in this case archived as a .zip via the WayBack Machine. Again, this still works for me. This tries to load a Genesis 1 or 2 figure even if for some reason it had no Poser CF support files with it. I'm not sure if it ever supported the figure you want, Genesis 3, though.

Either way, on import any 'butterfly eyelashes' problem is then cured in Poser 11 via: Scripts / DSON Support / SubDivision / Set SubDivision OFF.  Not ideal, and there may be better ways, but it fixes the problem.

If you just want Genesis 3 (or 8) in Poser for Comic-book / Sketch reference (for later filtering, drawing or painting over), then you could also export as a static 'posed and clothed' .obj file sized for Poser. The free 'Automatic OBJ Exporter' for DAZ does this very easily and the exports are geared to Poser sizing. Again, it's free and easily found if you look. Though ideally you'll have Atangeo Balancer in its simple workflow, as the polygon reducer.
