Actually that mentioned Synchronized morph feature does not affect a super conforming outfit not to follow the dolls morph after conforming. Changing this feature will not be giving you any results in that matter. 

making it short , actually it is a built in Cross Talk in the outfit. You need to remove it in the outfit for it not to follow after conforming and be able to activate it manually. A superconforming outfit has on each morph a line called "BODY" and not the usual "BODY:1"

So to avoid that crosstalk on load you need to change the dial body value to BODY: 1 that you do not want to superconform. Creators released there outfit in most cases so that they automatically fit to the Morph++ from Daz making them crosstalking so to fix the outfit the way you want you should not know how it is to be done .
