The only program from your list which I still use is UVMapper Pro, and I use it regularly, on nearly every modelling session. However to the best of my knowledge the author (Steve Cox) isn't around any more, and updates are unlikely. I've heard nothing from him for years.
I would like to be able to use EasyPose Underground again, but I've been unable to install it on my most recent PC. I think it needs a particular version of .NET framework, but I haven't found any details on that in the documentation. I haven't had the time to fully explore this though, it's one of those occasional projects that I revisit from time to time.
Another oldie that I still find useful (not on your list) is John Wind's Compose, which is a Java application and hence can work on any hardware which can support a Java runtime. Java is deprecated for web applications, but it's fine to use offline.
Talking of deprecation, Morph Manager is best avoided these days. It doesn't understand recent Poser file structures, meaning it's too easy to corrupt your files IMHO.
