If you are trying to run Queue Manager 12 you will have to go into the programs folder for Poser 12 (not the desktop shortcut) and Run the QM from there.  You can only have one QM running on a machine at the same time.  So, if you run Poser 12 the remote machines will need to be running the Poser 12 version also.  Also, in computer speak anything that is not running on the local machine is a remote service.  So, you start the QM on a remote machine and that is providing a service to your machines QM.
