That skin is still showing SSS glow, predominantly around the eyelids.  Your reference to a 'Latin man' is too generic.  I am assuming that you are referring to New World Latinos; their SSS should be darker because of cultural intermixing.  I suggest a Subsurface Radius of 0.367, 0.137, 0.068.
