Found the Catalog file, it is in the AppData-Roaming-Poser-13-ContentLibrary?? , Never had such a large Index like the one in P13 it reached over "2GB" that is huge !! in Poser 11 the same runtimes are under 300 meg

I don't think it's virus scanning that's the problem. My runtimes are shared by all versions of Poser, and only Poser 13 is choking.

guess Bondware is collecting every single data info through the catalog "LOL" might be the cause that the file is getting that huge. My Poser 11 is running since years and still the catalog is small Poser 13 just a few times and it is huge ! Poser 12 is not installed so can't compare. Have Poser 12 but finally trashed it ! 

If they do scan catalogs then sure they will need new serves to store all this data LOL .....

For a full re-index you need to trash the old one ....
