If the end goal is to have a larger, more robust user base for version 13 onward then it seems counter productive to split hairs on upgrade versions allowable at the $99 price. If the end goal is to punish some prior version users, well, don't know how well that ever works out for any company. Again, I love the software. But the vibe I'm getting is that the powers that be aren't in any hurry to get my money. Call me crazy, but it seems like it would be a good idea to keep as many poser users in the current version as possible. Larger current version user base would be better for everyone. Sorry, but the tactic of restricting the user base for whatever reasons seems like a really bad move in a highly competitive field.
