Parallels my call, too, Meshbox.

;-(

I built a heap of store-points towards my #11 to #12 upgrade, but realised #12.0 lost eg the 'simple' Material Room stuff I used. Waited for subsequent #12.x to put such back, but #13 came along first...

Seems #13, after a few teething troubles, runs cleaner, faster etc etc than #12 did: Kudos, Team_Poser !!

But, sadly, a lot of that uses PC hardware I lack...

Also, I'm not yet sufficiently impressed by the community's opinions of #13's benefits to put my 10+k points towards it...

Could be said that, beyond using 'External Libraries',  'dipping a toe' into Cycles' Emission and Reflection, and using Superfly plus network-render 'Box', I'm essentially running Poser_11 as a 'super-P_4'...

Um, 'Guilty as Charged', I'm afraid...

For what I use Poser for it is difficult to equate the list of improvements in Poser 13 to what am am seeing on a daily basis.  Renders are certainly faster, lighting options appear have increased in Poser 13 and it can certainly make better use of HDRIs.  Little touches like having the choice of what you load into such as last render, preferred render, empty scene and so on makes it a lot nicer to use than 12.  I never had a problem with 12 as far as stability but I do know many creators did but Poser 11 was never that stable for me and Poser 13, so far, has shown no real stability issues.

I have really enjoyed using Poser 13 in the few weeks I have been using it, it is a more rounded product than Poser 12 and it has pushed me to try and make far more complex renders.  It is early days but, so far, I do not regret having paid for the upgrade quite literally frmm day one.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
