Save your rocks and eggs! I'm so used to installing the upgrade and forging ahead using the new version like I did the old one...but with 13 I've had to actually read the new manual! The new rendering process forces me to use the Post features in Superfly in order to get a usable end result for instance. Let's face it. We've got a MAJOR jump in 13.! And one that comes with a BIG LEARNING CURVE! You can send it back if you want to but if you do you will stay stuck in the past. AI is kicking ass in visuals and if we are going to stay relevant we've got to dig in and use our good old HUMAN CREATIVITY! AI can only use the "past". We can leap ahead...or not. I thought I was having problems with Superfly because I kept getting weird results until I stumbled upon the post-effects process. Now, no more black exports of renders, no more half colors on objects I painted gold, and no more glittery skin tones on renders I didn't do post-fx on. And since I mostly do NFTs I'm getting awesome looks! Give it a try. You're welcome!

What a refreshing change to have a post that is so positive about Poser 13, have seen so many stating Poser 13 is unusable (which might be the case for some) but at least posts like this encourage users to give it a try.  I am having great fun with Poser 13 even though, or maybe because, it is a voyage of discovery.

It seems that developers cannot win in that they are condemned if there are few changes in a upgrade but also condemned if there is so much you need to rethink the way you have been working up until now.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
