thanks all.   This all sounds key.  But without seeing actually visual tutorial examples,  I'm still  lost.

Morphs still don't work. Various multiple reinstalls haven't helped.

Finding and clicking "bat" files hasn't helped. Putting everything in same C root folder hasn't helped.
