How well Mimic works can also depend on the figure being used. With Victoria, for example, you need to spawn morph targets for OpenLips and Mouth F to compensate for the difference in geometry between Vicky and Posette. As for similar programs, you might look at Magpie or Magpie Pro (www.thirdwishsoftware.com). It doesn't export a pose file, but it looks like it exports text...with a little programming, I would guess it could be coverted to a pose file.
