Daer guys, I have found out what was wrong.

First, let me tell you how brilliant you all are! Your wisdom and kindness really got me to the place where I am now with Poser. Without your advice and support I would still think of it as one of many dumb applications which @promise so much and fulfill so little@. I After using Poser for 5 years for minor tasks I discovered its beautiful strength.

The reason of perverse cloth simulations was an invisible scalp in the scene. I have experimented with Poser so much these days and I made tons of prop, and I also learned to grow hair and make UVmaps for hair props.  I OBJed the character's scalp and imported it, it came in huge and was lying there its top around the character's knees. There were even two huge scalps in fact. They were invisible but childed to the figure so the cloth collided against them.

Let me say I am very sorry for taking so much of your time. I am really ashamed.

Also, I am happy that I can simulate now.
