Hair room hair is very limited in any preview or comic renders. You can make it thicker by checking the show populated in the hair room but it will still be very course and coloring will be limited 

You are right. I understand that is so because Comic Book doesn't actually give rendered image but just a form of more accurate preview.

But still it looks good. ))
