The plan is to use the same machine I am using for rendering at present, it is fairly high spec and five years old but the ongoing issue is it is running Windows 10 and cannot be upgraded to Windows 11 as it is not supported by the motherboard.

Out of curiosity, what 5 year old motherboard do you have that doesn't support Win 11? Your AMD Aorus certainly does, but you have to turn TPM on in the bios. (it is off by default for some odd reason)

It was the AMD Aorus board that was shown as not supporting Poser 11 so perhaps that was wrong.  It does have other issues though in that it lost the analogue audio some time ago but outside warranty so I am connected to the sound system via a TOS link.  More recently the system will only boot on every second attempt, with every thing unplugged  except a mouse, monitor and keyboard it the problem exists so I am guessing a motherboard fault.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
