So I must download the file "Poser13.exe" - so I get the Update? (Because there is a file "Version - Poser13.0.339.exe!")

Grab the file entitled: "Install Poser 13.exe".  That's always the lastest release of Poser 13.

The "Update" is also an "Full-Installation"?

Yes - fortunately, it's just the app as all the Included Content is downloadable inside the app.
