That has to be done each time you install M4, or install new morphs for him. It's a .bat file located in the runtime/libraries/!DAZ folder.
It may help to copy the !DAZ folder to your main runtime, if you're using multiple runtimes.
To be clear...the BAT file is in my M4 runtime. After I run the BAT file, I copy the !DAZ folder to my default runtime. Which is on an external drive, not in Program Files.
