I have found Sabby-Hayli (Nov 21, 2010) and Sabby-Noelle (Jun 15, 2012) have the same moles and fit in the timeline.

Sabby characters I checked, that don't have the same texture Coryn, Gemma, Karyn, Rayne.

When doing a google search for "Rina by metalhed13" in the period from 2000 to 2013 you can find these two little articles on affect3d.com with a date given

So "September, 10, 2012" is the earliest appearance of Rina I could find, that would mean all the parts that make up her core body should be older than that.

Apollonia Hair which is Rina's hair was released in July 20, 2011

Sabby Cortney was released July 18, 2013 that disqualifies it.
