Changing the pref to Poser 11 Content made all the libraries disappear, but thanks for the idea.Maybe check and make sure that the Default Poser Prefs file is pointing to the location of your content. You can edit it using TextEdit, and will find it in your Poser folder, ▸ Runtime ▸ prefs.
Bit tricky to troubleshoot since I'm not sure where everything Poser 11 is on your system and where any new Poser 13 stuff might be.
However, if you are still doing everything from a Poser 11 runtime, and just installed Poser 13 for the app itself it might be as simple to fix as changing CONTENT_ROOT_PATH "/Users/Shared/Poser 13 Content" to CONTENT_ROOT_PATH "/Users/Shared/Poser 11 Content"
Windows and MacOS uses different path naming schemes but I think that the concept is the same: in Poser's XXX version user-profile related folder, you should find a file named "LibraryPrefs.xml". It's a text file, organized as its names implies it, as an XML one. It contains the list of Runtimes the corresponding Poser is allowed to use.
On my system, I have P11, P12 and P13, both share a max of runtimes, except that P11 doesn't have access to "Poser 13 Content" nor to "Poser 12 Content"
