I haven't looked at the texture files yet (I'm doing first experiments with LF2 conforming clothing, and full-body sleeveless clothes and high boots look pretty easy to adapt with the morph brush), but can I use the skin tone face textures to make freebie makeup for Firefly like I did for base LF?

LF2 Lite isn't Merchant Resource, but LF2 Pro is (except her base mesh, but the dev rig meshes are MRs too). Provided you do reasonable amount of changes to the textures before redistributing them, and don't redistribute that as MR itself.
