EZSkin is updated and is maintained on this site:

The other is GoPhysical:

(works for P13 as well as P12--this is for other materials)

There are others, but those two can make old content really good looking again.

I already have EZSkin 3.2, but GoPhysical is one I've never heard of before, though I'm familiar with most of Ken's scripts, even those I don't own.

I'm definitely going to have to check this out.
