Ok misunderstanding is putting it lightly. I'm checking now.

I contacted Charles Taylor from the Poser 13 team regarding the project before Darkseal starts, and this was his response:

First off La Femme LITE is a vendor resource. If the figure, OBJ and textures are modified they can be redistributed with out any special permissions. Replacing the hip of the figure with one that has modeled gens would definitely apply as a derivative work. That covers the geometry (OBJ) and figure (CR2). The included textures are resources and modified maps (PNG / JPG) can also be redistributed.

There's transparency like the same Darkseal place on the beginning.

Like I said to Charles "this project for many reasons will place Poser in the map 13 again" that is one of the great fact some artist are using the other software. But thisbis just the beginning. Who knows L' Homme will come with lots of morphs and a decent genitals too. 😉
