An idea might be to get an old cheap computer 300 Mhz, network card, hard drive. Using a cable modem and hub have one connection to the computer running a NT server or LIUNIX software. I have it set up at my place and host a bunch of super hero related sites. I just pay $10 for domain and cable modem and have to redo the IP address (10 work once you know it happened) around 2-3 times a year.
