In reviewing what I have posted previously, I have noticed that applied dynamic clothes morphs introduced in the Pose Room do not carry over into the Cloth Room.  I find this rather strange and it may explain why many simulations either fail or misbehave unexpectedly.  My suggestion is to double-check all morph settings in frame 1 of the Cloth Room when transitioning from the Pose Room and make the necessary corrections before proceeding with a simulation.
