This is where your Prefit Tool is located.
ATM, you should be in the Pose Room. Please do not confuse the taskbar categories for rooms.
The gray tabs just under the taskbar are your 'rooms'.
In the screencap image you provided, neither of the figures in the scene are props (objects). That is the reason you cannot select 'Copy Morphs From...' from the pulldown menu, you are trying to select from the 'Object' category.
