RedPhantom is right. There exists a complex method to convert the top from LF1 to LF2. I've shared a link to a download tutorial in a previous comment that details the procedure. The tutorial has multiple contributors, so it might be beneficial to review it multiple times to fully understand the steps involved.

It's important to recognize that conforming clothing is designed to fit a specific model. The top in question will conform and fit only LF1. It will not properly conform to LF2, as she has a completely different mesh design. This is a critical point to understand. Regardless of the number of attempts, the top will not conform and fit LF2. Therefore, it is advisable to cease trying. The top is a conforming garment, which is distinct from dynamic clothing. Its geometry is unique and can behave unpredictably in the Cloth Room.  Thus far, the techniques you've acquired for working with dynamic clothing are not applicable in this particular instance.
