Y-phil, I've loaded the PerfectV4 Complete Supermorph preload, the 'Inject All Fixes' and I've loaded all of the .py scripts via the 'Inj Script' but how were you able to get the Nipple Conformer, R-nipple and L-nipple under the Chest to show up in the Hierarchy editor?

Perfect V4 does not seem to have any R-nipple and L-nipple, These can be found officially in the V4 Weight map edition ( LeftBreast, RightBreast ) or the SASHA-16 versions ( Right Nipple, Left Nipple, RightBreast, LeftBreast, Breast Deformers - ignore / collapse ) or some less known alternative V4 versions.
